Form ’13
Always finding myself conjuring up figures, not true-to-life studies, but sites of distortion, growth, journey and transformation, I looked back at my work of the previous year and the term ‘metamorphosis’ fell into my head and settled there.
The theme that most concerns my ideas, emotions and inquiries; is the body and mind caught in the shifting process of transformation; a force that is both creative and destructive but never static.
